PAVILIONS

Memphis Parks offers a wide range of rental spaces ideal for celebrations, sporting events, gatherings, and more. Pavilion rentals include a covered area with picnic tables, benches, and grills (where available).

To ensure you have a guaranteed space for your event, be sure to reserve your park or pavilion in advance.  Find your park and book at least two weeks in advance.

Park Rental Information

Memphis Parks encourages all kinds of recreational and social activities in our parks, but there are a few requirements for park usage to help make planning an event at one of our 162 parks easier!

Permits and Reservations for Large Gatherings

  • Any gathering of more than 25 people require both:

Pavilion, Park, or Greenspace Rentals

  • To reserve a pavilion, park, or greenspace for private use, please visit our online reservation portal  or call (901) 636-4200 for assistance.

Rental Fees:

  • Small Pavilion (1–33 people): $125.00
  • Medium Pavilion (34–66 people): $150.00
  • Large Pavilion (67+ people): $175.00

Additional fees apply for groups exceeding 200 attendees and for-profit events.

General Park Rules

  • No person is allowed to remain in any park between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from March 15 through October 31, or between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 through March 14.
  • No cutting or removal of any tree, plant or flower.
  • Do not approach, disturb, touch or feed any animals.
  • ATVs, four-wheelers, and Go Karts are not allowed.
  • Music must not be played loud enough to be heard outside the vehicle or the footprint of your event area.
  • No camping after park is closed, including tents, RVs or campers.
  • All pets must be on physical leash not exceeding six feet, in-hand, and pet must be under owner’s control.
  • Drone use is only permitted in the designated “Drone Zone” and requires a permit.
  • No fireworks, poppers or sparklers.
  • No unauthorized solicitation, distribution, tabling or vending.
  • No unauthorized drinking or sale of beverages with alcoholic content.
