Mud Island Park

Mud Island Park sits in the heart of the Mississippi River, a short walk from downtown Memphis. The peninsula features the new 50-ft “MEMPHIS” sign, a scale model of the Lower Mississippi River, an 18-gallery river museum, a 5,000-seat concert venue, and fantastic views of the Memphis skyline. The Mississippi River Museum is open Thursday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the park is free but museum and concert tickets cost extra. This park is currently under Memphis River Parks management.
